Donating vehicles (including cars, trucks, motorcycles, motorhomes and even boats) to the National Kidney Foundation of East Tennessee couldn't be easier! Kidney Cars takes vehicles running or not, as long as they are whole and have a motor, transmission and clear title. Kidney Cars is a no-cost, no-hassle method of donating to the NKF of ET. Kidney Cars is a year-round program. Donors may be eligible for a tax deduction. Free towing!!! Each donated vehicle is checked for a "stolen" status. Kidney Cars are environmentally-friendly!
